Working at Ontime Express enables you to earn as much as you want. Salary and Bonus system of the company is built to provide higher motivation for the driver to eventually turn into a loyal driver of the company. Working at Ontime Express means more earnings and more family time.

Terms and conditions: Guaranteed payment of ____ $ per week is paid if the driver is working 7 days over the road, and is open for loads, yet, still his/her weekly per-mile pay doesn’t reach ____$. A week is considered Monday to Sunday.
– Driver getting guaranteed payment doesn’t qualify for detention, layover, or cancellation fees; – Guaranteed payment is not applicable if there is a mechanical break-down for more than a day; – Guaranteed payment is not applicable if the driver refuses to accept the load. |

Drivers are eligible to get their ______$ bonus for their safe driving record every six months (in the case of no violations, tickets, or accident claims)
Terms and conditions: No violation records, i.e., tickets or accidents with the period of 6 months |
On-time Bonuses | All the drivers |
Drivers are eligible to claim their ______$ bonus for their 20 consecutive on-time pick-up and on-time delivery
Terms and conditions: On-time pick-up and on-time delivery is considered to be eligible if reason codes were not applied |
Extended working schedule bonus | Company drivers |
Drivers are contracted with the schedule of 2 weeks over the road (2 weeks OTR) and have 3 days home time.
Terms and conditions: If drivers have worked 4 weeks over the road and accrued 6 days home time, and skip their 6 days home time, they will be eligible for _____$ extra per day for the next 4 weeks until they reach their next home time.
Exclusions: – mechanical breakdown – emergency requests by driver – refusal to accept loads – Preference by routes, day, nighttime driving or etc. per driver’s request. |

The Driver of the Month bonus | All the drivers |
Each month, the company announces “The Driver of the Month”. “The Driver of the Month” will get a special Appreciation Certificate of the company with ______$ reward money.
Terms and conditions: Driver’s on-time delivery records, no violation performance, and kind communication qualities identify the title of “The driver of the month”. |
Social media contributor bonus | All the drivers |
The company supports the nominations of “The videographer of the month”, “The photographer of the month” and “The most influential driver” and rewards _____$/___$/____$ as an acknowledgment of the driver’s commitment creating a positive image of the company on social media.
Terms and conditions: The Videographer of the months: This nomination requires the driver to record some 3-quality videos describing interesting scenes of their driving journey (interesting and creative topics) and 1 review video about the company. Videos should be worthy to share throughout company social platforms.
Photographer of the months: This nomination requires drivers to take creative and interesting pictures describing different scenes of their driving journey. We identify the winner based on the number of likes and comments to that specific photo content.
The most influential driver: This nomination is for those drivers who are a storyteller or a blogger with 1k+ followers on any one of the social media. The driver is required to create and share quality content (video, GIF, photo, or any other) about our company in his/her own profile. We identify the winner based on the active engagement of the followers to that specific content describing some aspects of work with the company. |
